Yes Ogie, from having Non Of It, to having all of it with the Tomcats…..He has been working hard on his game, as he notched a few last night.

Special thanks to the boys who helped with the beer empties…Sparky (championing the cause) and Cribzie, Stevo, Hollywood and Ogie. “Thanks to those who helped out, it needs to be a team effort and we got some guys to help tonight, nice to see the Tomcat Spirit alive and well,” stated Sparky.

Also thanks to the Dryden brothers for playing in net tonight.  Hollywood and Stevo stepped up and minded the twine. Thanks boys!

Good action on the Kapusta Kow Floor. Snowpants scored 21 goals last night, not a typo, 21 (twenty one) goals last night.

Line of the night, Kamikaze said, “How Far Deep Is That”? Whoa, with the sexual complaints being lodged in Hollywood Kamikaze you better be careful.

People asked for more Boobies and More Sheep Dog…so…here you go!

Tomcats will be providing beer on stage during the tournament, Tournament costs you, $20 to play, $10 for Pizza (Give to Turk) and if YOUR captain wants to charge you for his team shirt, then you will need to spend addition $10-15 Depending what type of shirt he will be getting. (Standard set high by Tunzie and the Dry Fit one).  The party after will be held in the Tomcat Club downstairs at the Kapusta Kow Palace.  There are only four weeks to the tournament.

Next week, Tuesday January 30, 2018, Spakry is looking for a good few man to come and help with the Tomcat room and to get rid of the empties.

Please consider coming early to assist. Please be there just after 6.

Please remember if it is YOUR beer night and you forget to bring your beer on the night of, then bring it the next time you come.

There was ice on the beer last night on stage, in case you were wondering, thanks to Tunzie.

Speaking of Tunzie, he went down with a lower body injury, and did not return to action. It is believed to be minor in nature and he is listed day to day, but will be placed on the IR for next week, just to rest him for the tournament.

The School of Psychology, University of Pennsylvania conducted a survey called: “What really do you see?”

People were asked to focus their attention on this simple picture and then asked if they had noticed anything odd.

Now you also have a chance to test your skills and see if you can pass.

Study the picture for 5 seconds. What do you notice?  Think about it…. what is odd?

Here are the Results of the Survey:

1. 100% of males failed this test. They were distracted by the woman’s large bosom.
2. 100% of the females also failed this test. They were distracted by the wide choice of doughnuts.

The real answer:   There’s a mouse on one of the doughnuts …. don’t tell me you saw it.  I don’t believe you.

Tragic event…no ice on the beer at the end of the night.  Lucky for the Tomcats it was -15 c out and -1 in the Kapusta Kow Palace. “An investigation will be conducted to see who dropped the ball and did not fill the cooler.  This is a black mark on the Tomcats.  I vow to find the person responsible and hold them accountable,” indicated Rocky.

Speaking of accountable, The Terror (a Goalie) cancelled at 6 pm. “It made Stevo, a 58 year old with bones older than some dinosaurs, go in net.  There will be a fine levied, I just need to talk to the board to see what the fine should be,” stated a distraught Rocky.

Kamikaze and Jingles made more room on the stage…innovation…space and creative thinking.
“We have to guard against stupidly,” stated Health and Safety Director La Bamba.
“I hope the tables don’t fall on an unsuspecting Tomcat,” La Bamba further added.

Is it true that Sheep Dog never showed because he thought Tomcat management was going to take photos of his boobs, and put them up on the website?  “He thought, there was some seriousness in photos being taken of him and shown on the website of Sheep Dog Boobs,” stated The Stomper.  Tomcats wanted more Sheep Dog and more Boobies, so the inevitable would have been Sheep Dogs Boobies.

Sparky looking for help on Tuesday January 30 with beer empties.  Volunteers are asked to arrive at 6 p.m. sharp so that the Tomcat Room can be emptied of all the empties.

If you cannot make it to hockey please text Stevo.  He is running the show as Rocky is out on Injured Reserve. It is important to let the organization know if you are not able to play.

I hope all the Tomcats had a great Christmas. 4 More Days and 2018 sneaks in, where has the time gone?

Sheep Dog Howls at the Reindeer Christmas morning…”Dog shit I can handle…reindeer shit I can’t stand…get those things off my roof,” Sheep Dog spewed.

The Originals : Stevo, May Day, The Turk, Hurricane, The Rake, The Legend and The Sea Lion …they were here paving the way for the young bucks to join the Tomcats…where were you in 1989?

In 1989 The Turk said to Stevo, St Vlad’s Church has a gym, we should go and play basketball. The rest as they say is history.

Many players have played at the Kapusta Kow, but in the photo above, some greats stand before you, #21 The Legend, “Set’em and knock’em all down,” the Legend would yell. Sea Lion with his cat like moves lead the way to a Stanley’s Cup victory with the Tecumseh Stingers.

The rest still play, Stevo (with one knee ready to give out), May Day (Tournament Only), The Turk, (Blocked his 17,500 shot last Tuesday), Hurricane (On the IR), The Rake (In fine form), The Legend (Hung them up to be an assistant coach) and of course the Sea Lion, head coach of the Tomcats and ref for the tournament.

Speaking of Tournament, don’t forget to respond to the Kamikaze’s and Doc’s email, before January 5,2018. Draft goes January 16, 2018, only one week after the Tomcats come to play, which is January 9, 2018. It is a whirlwind.

Don’t delay, respond today.

Captains, La Bamba, Rocky, Chevy and Cribzie. La Bamba is a first time, Stanley’s Tournament Captain. Rocky, Chevy and Cribzie are veterans at picking teams.  What name does Cribzie pick, the Crown Royals or does he go back with the War Pigs and run the half gym prior to each game.  Rockies Raiders…? The Chevy Cyclones and of course, what of La Bamba, what goes with La Bamba. “oh I have a great name selected, can’t say, but I like it,” La Bamba said, smiling like a butchers dog. The La Bamba Express, The La Bamba Stallions or will it be the La Bamba Lions?

As for the Survey results, they are yet to be tabulated but I am being told, that there should be a full disclosure in the January 3 blog, so I know you will want to look for that.

In the mean time, rest up any injuries that you might have, let the welts from Killer’s stick heal and bring in the New Year safely and soundly, but while doing so, do you think I could put my Harry Ballosonue.
