Some exciting times at the Kapusta Kow Palace, with the return of Shack. “It was great to be back out there, being welcomed by everyone, man, i just love the Tomcats”, said Shack, holding back tears. Another new player, who played last year was called up, Bullwinkle played and impressed. “It is great to be called up, you dream of this, you work hard for this, it is just nice to be here with the Windsor Tomcats”, stated Bullwinkle, sobbing openly.
You use to watch them on Saturday mornings and now you can watch them at the tournament …yes …Rocky and Bullwinkle…
A mystery man came up on stage and it was a Tomcat legend, the Zoomer. Yes the Zoomer came in to pick up his tickets for the Tomcat Gala, being held on Saturday April 13. “So great to see some of the familiar faces”, stated Zoomer, a one time fan favourite, “Hurricane and Bulldog and May Day and the Rake and of course Stevo.” Stated a jubilant Zoomer. Zoomer has the original Tomcat jacket and wore the number 77, now worn by all star net minder, the Skuz.

Captains did a great job in selecting the teams. Tournament is Saturday February 23, and it is an 8:30 start. Cost to you will be $25 for the tournament and $10 for pizza. Beer provided on stage. The celebration will be held at the Tomcat Club, located downstairs of the Kapusta Kow Palace.
Meet the Man who invented the ‘high 5’ (Compliments of the Turk)
An idea has come forward from the Gala Committee to have some door prizes at the 30th year anniversary celebration. Tomcats are asking anyone who can donate a door prize, that it would be greatly appreciated. What can it be? “You can put two bottles of wine together with a can of tuna and crackers”, Rocky said with a slight chuckle then added, “It does not matter, ask your wife and she will put something together.”
So far, Snowpants, May Day, Rocky, The Matador, The Rake, Stevo and Sunny have agreed to contribute a bottle of something or a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Boys!
