Sunny House Mouse:  Sunny, Falcon, La Bamba, Hurricane, Stevo, The Rake, Snowpants and the Turk 

Soupy Deer Mouse: Soupy, Beep, Chevy, Spinner, Scuz, Kamikaze, Jingles and Sheep Dog

Matador White Footed Mouse: Matador, Tunzie, Sparky, Rocky, Killer, The Terror and Doc

So you see guys get together and share a laugh here and there, but for 28 years, the Windsor Tomcats have been coming together each week to have some exercise, celebrate a nice save or a great pass and share a beer or two, it is always a wonderful feeling sitting on the stage after and sharing a story about a goal scored or a glove save made. (Which were many by the three net minders tonight…great work Falcon, The Terror and Skuz)

The great part of all this is that there is also the outside events, the Golf Tournament, the get togethers at Tomcats homes (Doc’s annual House Warming Parties)  and of course the Christmas Party.

The first year that the Tomcats had the Christmas Party there was a very large amount of Tomcats and their significant partner that attended. Chevy, Rocky, Snowpants, are hoping for a strong showing this year as well.  The party is at Rock Bottoms (Upstairs) on Saturday December 17, 7 p.m. start….all Tomcats should be attending, for a smile, a glass of beer and for a couple of chicken wings. This only lasts for so long and then next thing you know, you are in diapers in your wheel chair at Regency Park Nursing Home or Victoria Manor and you’re saying to yourself, “Man, I should’ve gone to those Christmas Parities look at me now, I don’t even know my name, what number did I wear with the Tomcats….damn”.

So pay your $25 bucks and show up…..small price to pay to show support for the Tomcats.

As for hockey last night……good hockey, a bit chippy but, as you all know, Tuesday Night Tomcat Hockey is the next step to the NHL.  You do well on a Tuesday night and the Las Vegas Golden Knights are calling your agent and saying , “Is Killer available”?   Speaking of Killer, he was fined a 6 pack for hacking the goalies. “Ha a 6 pack, I’ll bring a 12, this is a six pack” Killer said posting to his belly.

Nice to see Tunzie in the line up, his smile lights up the stage.

Also great to see La Bamba, just with him there, you know everything is going to be alright.

Matador continues to be one of the best players out there, defiantly first round material for the main tournament and who knows maybe first overall. “I did not have the greatest of games tonight” stated Matador and added… “and Tunzie was not good either”.  (You got to love a player that calls it as he sees it)

The Turk blocked his 1,500th shot tonight (and that was only this season)

Winner of the night, the Sunny House Mouse, they were the oldest team ever fielded on a Tuesday night, “It was the first time ever that the years of all the players on the team added up to over a thousand” stated Sparky.

It should be noted that the House Mouse were sponsored by Geritol,  Viagra  and Depends ’the Adult Diaper’.

Stevo was to bring a 12 and brought 28, that is Tomcat Spirit.

DECEMBER 13 Sparky is looking for a few good men to help move empties out of the Tomcat Room…..anyone able to that, please be at the Kapusta Kow at 6:10p.m. on that night to help.

Hockey goes to December 20 this year….extended a bit, due to first part of the season starting later due to roof leaks. Rocky will be looking for a head count for that night as he will be needing to order pizza, MGD (The official Beer of the Tomcats, Rum and Rye) So if you know you will be there on the 20th, please let Rocky know..

And hey, if you are thinking I forgot to mention the Filed Mouse in the team names, keep in mind there were only three teams to mention and I wanted to put in the team name of the White Footed mouse, and of course house mouse rhymes, so I wanted to use that, and while you are thinking, ‘I didn’t know there was a mouse called a white footed mouse’, do you think I could put Harry Ballsonue.
