  1. That was classic – However, it appears as though the parking lot was on company property thus he is entitled to WSIB benefits. Being drunk at the office Christmas party was ruled not to be serious and wilful misconduct and the WSIB allowed the claim for a head injury after bouncing his noggin off a car. The WSIB confirms that they are retraining Santa in a new occupation – He is being retrained as the Easter Bunny. His permanent restrictions are to avoid ho’s.
